• Amount to prepare: Typically 2–8 cups warmed for setup.
  

• Usage varies based on flow rate and treatment duration. As a general guide, use approx. 150 mL (~5 oz) per 10–15 minutes. Higher flow rates can double this amount.
  

• A full traditional session may use about 2 liters (~8 cups).

• Oil is poured in a continuous stream for 20–40 minutes, depending on service design.
