Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
